Staff in Princes St have been consistently professional and courteous but on two occasions this year have been let down by suppliers/manufacturers. Glasses were delivered much later than originally advised for reasons never made entirely clear. I've no hesitation in recommending Princes St Boots but hope their support network can be brought up to their standards.

The optometrist and the lady carrying out the standard test befor the catucal eye test were frinedly, calm and approachable (I had a few questions and concerns). Very re-assuring. The lady who advised me on frames and lenses (Jenni, Princess Street Boots) was fantastic. She took great care and time to explain, advise and re-assure me. She was open and clear about costs (which are considerable as I need varyfocal lenses). She explained about the fit of frames on my face and pointed out potential problems. I also like your leaflet on varyfocal spectacle lenses. All in all I am very please that I have returned to Boots. Well worth it, I feel supported and that your staff helped me to get the best out of my glasses (and contac lense).

I needed to be seen urgently as recommended by the hospital unit in which I had recently had eye surgery. The Boots staff could not have been more understanding and helpful. Top marks!
